Our servers are hosted in the South East Australian Azure data centre for performance, stability (99.99% uptime SLA) and scalability.
We take nightly backups of the database and store these on a server in a separate geographical region (Western USA). We also verify they can be restored every quarter.
Azure run’s a secure data centre. Your connection to our server is secured using SSL to protect the data in transit. We also perform internal and external security testing to ensure no unauthorised access can occur.
In the event anything untoward were to happen to our key team members we have a business continuity plan in place to ensure that the system would continue to run uninterrupted.
